Winter Frankenbike

Building up a winter Frankenbike.  !996 Trek Y Frame with ridgid fork.  I may change the fork out for something that has disc brake capability and longer steerer.  Not many ridgid forks these days, but Surly makes one.  The steerer needs to be 200 mm long and the axle to crown 410 mm.

Maybe purchase a seatpost with a little more setback.  Run a disc brake up front and rim brake in the rear.
